Returns and Exchange Policy
Because we aim to please and want you to be completely happy with your luxury scarf, we will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items. Please make sure the goods are in a saleable condition, with original packaging and tags still intact. Goods must not have been worn, damaged or washed, and should be returned within 15 days of purchase date with original invoice or payment confirmation.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sorry, we cannot refund return shipping charges.

Once again, we want you to love your scarf and wear it forever. But should you change your mind, please email: email@example.com to advise of return or exchange. We will assess the situation and advise you immediately with further instructions.
